The family have always been Plants People at heart, delighted in finding new and unusual plants, offering something different, unusual and special in addition to the favourites.
Quickly becoming renowned for offering great plants with a green hand amongst the gardeners of Wirral we now bring these plants to Aigburth Garden Centre.
Our stunning outdoor plant areas are curated by Mitch and the passionate plants team with Chris sourcing the plants from across Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and beyond.
Chris started his career in Horticulture over 25 years ago studding at Hadlow Horticultural College before working with world renowned rose breeder Gareth Fryer, manging the plant buying, garden centre development and showing roses and garden plants at RHS Tatton Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court flower show. Rooted in gardening so to speak, Chris spends most of his spare time in the garden, when he has any spare time!
Aigburth Garden Centre offers a wide range of perennials, shrubs, herbs, trees and bedding as well as seasonal planted containers and hanging baskets – whether your needs are for an individual garden or a large landscape project. We can help you find the right plants for the job.
Local is important to us with many of our bedding, herb, vegetable, shrub and cottage garden plants grown in Merseyside, Lancashire or Cheshire. We also source the best from specialist growers across the UK As well as Italy and Europe for our architectural plants and specimens.
We are proud of the plants we stock here at Aigburth Garden Centre. Throughout the year, we strive to have an abundance of plants, of the highest quality at reasonable prices.
